Website terms of use.

§1. Service provider

The service provider is "AM&HP" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office: ul. Lutostańskiego 6/13, 16-400 Suwałki, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000324896, NIP 8442303753, REGON 200258459, share capital PLN 50,000.00 (“AM&HP”). These Terms are available free of charge at www.amhp.pl/en/terms in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.

§2. Services

AM&HP provides the following services on the Website free of charge:

• access to the content of the Website — information about the company, products, services and certificates, and the “Knowledge & market” section;
• the contact form and the product and service enquiry forms, which allow you to send AM&HP an enquiry or a proposal for cooperation.

The content of the Website, including product descriptions and parameters, is for information only and is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code but an invitation to enter into a contract (Article 71 of the Civil Code). Submitting a form does not conclude a sales or service contract. Commercial terms, including prices, are agreed individually in a separate contract. Market data comes from the sources indicated next to it and is not investment advice.

§3. Technical requirements

To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled, which is required to submit a form. To receive a reply you need to provide a phone number and an e-mail address. The public part of the Website does not require cookies.

§4. Conclusion and termination of the contract

• The contract for access to the content of the Website is concluded when you open the Website and terminates when you leave it.
• The contract for use of a form is concluded when you start filling it in and terminates when you submit the form or decide not to submit it.
• You may stop using the services at any time, without giving reasons and at no cost.

§5. Rules of use

You must not submit unlawful content, provide third-party data without a legal basis, send spam or malware, or circumvent the Website’s security measures, including limits on the number of enquiries. AM&HP may leave enquiries that breach these Terms unanswered.

§6. Specific risks

Using the internet involves risks such as malware, phishing (impersonating AM&HP in e-mails or text messages) and spam. AM&HP never asks customers or business partners for passwords, payment card details or online banking access. We recommend using an up-to-date browser and antivirus software and checking the sender of messages (addresses in the amhp.pl domain). The connection to the Website is encrypted (HTTPS).

§7. Data stored on your device

The public part of the Website does not store cookies or any other data on your device. We use strictly necessary cookies only in internal areas that are not open to the public: in the editorial panel for authorised staff (a login session cookie, deleted when you sign out or the session expires) and in the internal AM&HP Market Pulse pilot (an access cookie valid for 8 hours). Details are given in the Privacy policy.

§8. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of the Website can be sent to biuro@amhp.pl or in writing to AM&HP’s registered office, together with your contact details and a description of the problem. AM&HP handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the address provided. Complaints about deliveries and products are handled under the commercial contract.

§9. Intellectual property

The content, photographs (including drone images) and AM&HP designations are protected by law. The FSC®, ENplus® and KZR INiG marks belong to their owners. Copying content beyond permitted use requires AM&HP’s consent.

§11. Final provisions

AM&HP may amend these Terms for important reasons (changes in the law or in the scope of services) by publishing the change on the Website at least 7 days before it takes effect. The change does not apply to enquiries sent earlier. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law. These Terms are a translation of the Polish Regulamin serwisu; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
